Audition

The Bell Tower Theater is always looking for talented individuals for our productions. If you act, sing or play an instrument, let us know, and maybe next time we'll see you on the stage. These are not volunteer positions; all actors at the Bell Tower Theater are paid. It's not a lot of money, but we believe that artists should be compensated for their time and talent

Young Actors

Kids ages 7 to 18 can be involved in our youth programs.

The cast and crew of our Free Summer Musical Program is already set for 2010, but check back in early 2011 for information on next summer.

Actors

We hold open auditions for many of our productions. The dates and times of those auditions are posted here and through the "Dubuque Actors Audition List" group on Facebook. So check back here or join the group, and we'll let you know what we are looking for.

All 2010 shows are cast.

Our 2011 season is still in the planning stages; as soon as we finalize the plays we are selecting, we will post cast needs here.

Singers and Musicians

Most of our musicals are cast far in advance, and we often choose musicals based on the singers and musicians we know we have. If you are interested in a role in a musical, we ask that you set up a private audition with Artistic Director Sue Riedel.
