The Bell Tower Theater, your hometown theater, offers comedies and musicals year-round. Our shows feature talented local performers and most shows are being produced in Dubuque for the first time.

All of these shows below perform on the following schedule:

 

Wednesdays at 7:30

Thursdays at 7:30 pm (Girl's Night Out--Free Wine Night)

Fridays at 7:30 pm

Saturdays at 7:30 pm

Sundays at 2:00 pm

 

Tickets are $21.

 

Early Bird Special performances are the first two performances of each of these shows. Tickets are just $10.50.

December 6 to 22, 2019

 

It’s Christmas Eve, and a reporter on the brink of being fired has been assigned a story about a typical family Christmas – his family’s Christmas. He goes home to his widowed mother, crazy uncle, eccentric grandmother, battling siblings and their neurotic spouses—no shortage of material. But when they learn that he’s writing an article about them, the fruitcake hits the fan. Will the magic of Christmas bring this family back together?

Those lovable Church Basement Ladies are back! It’s 1979, and the parishioners are celebrating the Centennial of First Cornucopia Lutheran Church. It’s 100 years of history in toe-tapping song and dance served up with a healthy portion of laughs and a side of hot dish and egg coffee.

Somewhere in the Texas heartland, lies the brand new town of Doublewide – Population, 10.  It’s Christmas time, and it’s beginning to look a lot like trouble. Doublewide is being double crossed by the county and might lose their status as a town. Maybe if they win the countywide “Battle of The Mangers,” their Christmas will be saved.
