Sue Riedel

Artistic Director and Theater Manager
Sue is a graduate of Clarke University and retired after 38 years of teaching Speech and Theater at Hempstead High School. She founded the Barn Community Theater in 1972 and was the Manager and Artistic Director of the Grand Opera House from 1986 to 2001. Sue serves on the Dubuque Arts and Cultural Commission and is a former member of the Iowa Arts Council Board of Directors. Sue has helped bring numerous movies to Dubuque County including Miles from HomeTake This Job and Shove It, and the Academy Award-nominated Field of Dreams.

Miki Robinson

Operations and Marketing Manager
After graduating cum laude from Boston University with a degree in Statistical Mathematics and Economics, Miki spent fifteen years working in arts administration in Boston with such distinguished institutions as the Huntington Theater Company, the Handel & Haydn Society, the Boston Center for the Arts and ArtsBoston. Her experience in theater administration includes work in box office and ticketing, marketing and direct mail, financial oversight and producing. Miki returned to Dubuque in 2003 and spent a year as Director of Marketing for the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra before joining the Bell Tower Productions staff in 2005. Miki oversees the daily operations of the Bell Tower Theater including the marketing and fundraising.

Sue Flogel

Artistic Associate
Sue Flogel graduated summa cum laude from Clarke University in 1979, with a degree in music education. After graduation, she taught elementary music in the Dubuque Community Schools with the majority of her time spent at Eisenhower School. She retired in 2013 after 33 years. In 2000, Sue earned her Masters of Music degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Sue began directing youth theater in 1988 at the Grand Opera House. She joined the Bell Tower Theater in 2006, and began her position as Artistic Associate in 2019. Sue directs youth theater productions, teaches theater classes, coordinates costumes and props for all shows and works on group sales.

Tracey Richardson

Technical Director
Tracey Richardson has been involved in the arts in Dubuque for decades.  He has worked with many local arts groups including Fly-by-Night Productions, the local college theatre programs, voices from the warehouse and most recently he has been the Technical Director at the Grand Opera House. As such he oversaw the completion of several major building projects as well as the technical element of the performances. Tracey joined the Bell Tower Theater in 2022 as Technical Director.

Donna Schneider

Box Office Manager
Donna Schneider has been the Box Office Manager for the Bell Tower Theater since the summer of 2005. Donna came to the Bell Tower with more than 10 years experience in customer service in the hospitality industry and is the mother of two.
